Ozan Ibrisim is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in government, politics and the corporate sector. He has extensive experience in business, public affairs, and stakeholder management, particularly with membership-based organisations. He specializes in advising organisations on governance and election process. He has supported many organisations across the globe with their stakeholder relations and has a strong understanding of their unique needs.

Jered is an accomplished technology strategist with over a decade of experience in engineering delivery, management, and product development in various industries ranging from mining, healthcare, finance, and crypto. Since 2018, Jered has specialised in quantitative finance and compliance with the objective of bringing tried and well-proven traditional markets and financial principles to the world of crypto, increasing efficiency and fostering trust. As Electify’s Head of Technology, Jered brings his years of experience in building secure environments through the latest technologies to create a reliable and verifiable voting process that organisations can trust.

Ian specializes in driving commercial growth and operational efficiency, with a strategic approach to business development and client engagement. His diverse leadership experience in industries such as hospitality, education, digital technology, and agency recruitment across three countries has equipped him with a versatile skill set and a global perspective on business operations. With a background in linguistics and communication, Ian brings a keen understanding of how clear messaging and stakeholder engagement contribute to organizational success. He is committed to delivering practical, results-driven solutions that enhance both business performance and client relationships. At Electify, Ian runs and manages all commercial operations, driving operational excellence and fostering strong partnerships that ensure sustainable growth in a dynamic market.

Sude is a Sales Associate at Electify, where she helps drive business development and client engagement across councils, associations, and membership-based organisations. She plays a key role in identifying prospective clients, initiating outreach, and supporting the complete sales cycle, from first contact to follow-up. She also contributes to the development of tailored sales materials and campaign strategies that highlight Electify’s value proposition and help deepen stakeholder relationships. Passionate about technology-driven solutions that empower democratic processes, Sude brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to every client interaction. Sude holds a Global Bachelor’s in Business Administration from ESSEC Business School, with international experience in Singapore and Paris. At Electify, she is committed to helping organisations run more inclusive, secure, and efficient elections.

Gavin comes from regional Victoria and moved to Melbourne to study at Monash University. He has previously worked in running his family business, then after gaining his degree, went on to work and volunteer in a variety of roles both in Australia and overseas. Gavin has worked in higher education, private enterprise and government, working for Victorian Government ministers and senators. His work has included stints at the Victorian Electoral Commission on state elections as well as being an election monitor overseas. This work lead to Gavin authoring the ‘Guide to the Political Parties and Groupings of Timor-Leste’ in 2007. After combining the challenges of working as a private consultant and a stay at home father, Gavin took the next step and set up the OGL Group, relishing the ability to take on larger clients whilst still servicing his traditional clients. This also marked a point where he could take on more election work along with his volunteer work conducting ballots for various community and member-based organisations. As an OGL Director, Gavin has been returning officer for a wide range of corporate and not-for-profit elections since 2009.

Thomas has lived and worked in Metropolitan Melbourne his whole life and has completed degrees in Law and Commerce at La Trobe University. Thomas has sat on board and consulted many member and not-for-profit organisations, helping improve their governance frameworks and processes. This includes advice on election regulations and frameworks, having drafted many sets of governing documents. Thomas has extensive experience in various types of elections for various types of organisations, including elections with complex and technical requirements having been a Returning and Deputy Returning Officer, candidate, and organiser in past elections. Thomas has administered a range of elections and meetings (especially for member organisations and companies) since 2021.
