The privacy of any individual we deal with, including our ballot participants and clients, is of utmost importance to Electify. In line with this we adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

The anonymity of all votes submitted through a ‘Secret Ballot’ process will be protected and maintained at all times and any personal information that is provided for a ballot will be only be used for the stated purpose when it is provided.

We do not pass on your information without consent and we will not use any third-party tracking or other online monitoring software in providing secure online voting services (e.g. we will not use Google Analytics or like services)

While information is in our custody, we will protect this information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We will continuously monitor our delivery of these commitments and swiftly respond to any breaches in this policy and to any suggestions for improvement which we may receive from any organization or individual covered by our services.
